The automated manufacturing system department is supported by Schneider (Thailand) Co., Ltd. under the Academic Cooperation Program (MOU) by providing support for the establishment of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) laboratory, supporting tools. and various equipment used in the manufacturing automation industry, energy management. Including software used to control the device as well as software used in energy management along with sending personnel to exchange knowledge and transfer various technologies to personnel. The department can use various technologies to support to students, teachers, as well as the industrial sector both in training and teaching and consulting and problem solving services to public and private sector. In addition, there is a network of academic cooperation in both public and private sectors such as the Skill Development Institute. Provincial Waterworks Authority and many other agencies cooperation with universities in France, including Institute National Polytecnique de Grenoble (INP Grenoble) to develop research on tools and machines used in the industry. and exchange researchers between Thailand and France.
